There is one application form for all the available Bisbee Foundation scholarships. Please fill out the online form on this page or download and print out the pdf here and follow the instructions to complete and mail in your application packet.

The board of The Bisbee Foundation will consider your application based on the following criteria:

Presentation
Academics
Leadership
Extra-curricular activities
Community service
Financial need
Personal circumstances
Your determination to succeed

Please describe in 500 words your educational goals, your school achievement, financial need, and why you are deserving of this scholarship.

Please ask three local people to write a letter of recommendation for you. These should be people who are most familiar with your scholastic goals who are not related to you. Please upload their letters here.

If you are selected to receive a Bisbee Foundation scholarship, you will be notified by letter. To receive your award, you must submit proof of registration (letter of acceptance or class schedule). A check for the full amount of the scholarship will be issued.
